Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 4:00 PM - Finish
During Peak Season: Must be available for 8-12 Hours daily
Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89032
Job Description:
- Recruit, screen, and interview warehouse candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and employees in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to meet staffing needs.
- Assist with attendance, employee questions, and staffing issues.
- Travel between the office and warehouse locations as needed.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee documentation.
- Ensure a smooth hiring process and support daily warehouse operations.
Position Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person.
- Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
