Overview:
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with degree in Human Resources or communication. Sparkstone Electrical Group is a leading manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment with five manufacturing sites located across the United States. The position requires the employee to work 40 hours/week in person for $25.00/hour at our office located in Addison IL. The Human Resource Specialist supports the daily operations of the HR department. Sourcing applicants by posting jobs on social media and approaching passive candidates. Screening candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews. Scheduling/coordinating candidates interviews, generating offer letters, extending job offers. Assist with onboarding as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Communication is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and via email
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
