We are a busy, patient-focused ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) medical practice seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

This is a unique position for someone who enjoys working with patients but also has a creative side and an interest in Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, comfortable in a fast-paced medical office, and excited to help create engaging social media content that showcases our practice and educates patients.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Care

• Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent first impression of the practice
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances
• Assist with patient forms, referrals, and other front-office needs
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and outside offices
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, even during busy clinic hours

Social Media & Content Creation

• Help create engaging content for the practice's social media accounts
• Film short-form videos and Reels featuring the physician, staff, office, and ENT educational topics
• Assist with brainstorming creative content ideas and current social media trends
• Take high-quality photos and videos around the office
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create simple graphics, captions, and posts
• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Identify appropriate social media trends that can be adapted for a professional medical practice
• Help showcase our services, technology, team, and patient experience in a fun and professional way

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients
• Professional and dependable
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy medical office
• Confident speaking on the phone and communicating with patients
• Creative and enthusiastic about social media
• Comfortable filming other people and giving direction during short videos
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and/or YouTube
• Able to use or willing to learn tools such as Canva and CapCut
• A strong written communicator with good spelling and grammar
• Able to work independently while also being a team player
• Interested in learning about ENT and healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Medical office experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Experience creating social media content is strongly preferred
• Basic computer and smartphone skills required
• Experience with Canva or similar editing programs is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Professional appearance and communication skills required

What We're Looking For

This position is especially well suited for someone who might describe themselves as both organized and creative. You should be just as comfortable helping a patient schedule an appointment as you are filming a quick Instagram Reel or coming up with an idea for a fun educational video.

You do not need to be a professional videographer or influencer. We are looking for someone who understands social media, has a good eye for content, is willing to learn, and isn't afraid to bring creative ideas to the table.
