We're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Part-Time Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to grow our online presence, manage paid advertising, and coordinate influencer partnerships.

- Create, schedule, and publish approximately 3 high-quality social media posts per week, primarily on Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop engaging content, including Reels, photos, promotional graphics, and short-form videos.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to build our online community.
- Stay current with beauty, wellness, and social media trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Coordinate occasional in-person content shoots at our salon locations.
