Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate for a temp-to-hire warehouse opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professional with strong shipping, receiving, inventory, and carrier coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries, verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders for shipment using accurate shipping documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other freight carriers.
- Enter shipping and receiving information into inventory, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
- Load, unload, move, label, and organize materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, warehouse organization, and ongoing inventory accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
