The Director, Growth Marketing is a senior marketing leader responsible for driving the growth strategies, demand generation, customer acquisition, audience strategy, and performance optimization required to achieve the company's revenue and booking objectives.

Drive a significant increase in qualified demand and lead generation, building the prospect pipeline and database required to support future growth.

The Director is accountable for connecting business objectives with audience strategy, marketing investment, customer acquisition, CRM/lifecycle marketing, digital media, website/SEO, analytics, forecasting, and continuous optimization.

QUAILFICATIONS:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success developing growth strategies that materially increase qualified demand, customer acquisition, bookings, or revenue.
- Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Zoho, and Wordpress
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to lead and direct a team
