Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven, highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to scale customer acquisition and drive measurable growth across our e-commerce platforms and physical showrooms. Backed by LA Furniture’s 30 years in business, you will market an exclusive catalog ranging from high-end to affordable luxury furniture. Your campaigns will highlight our unique inventory, featuring European and Italian-made styles with a strong focus on modern and contemporary design. This is a hybrid position requiring both high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Working closely with our creative leadership, you will bridge the gap between polished brand storytelling, technical SEO, multi-channel advertising, and deep data analytics.

Who You’ll Work With:
You will collaborate closely with our Design Director, Marketing Director, and creative team. You will receive polished visual assets and distribute them through paid ad channels, ensuring all copy strictly aligns with our brand guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across META, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Connect Klaviyo with paid ad platforms to sync custom/lookalike audiences and set up multi-channel retargeting data.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, creative formats, and landing pages to maximize conversions and lower acquisition costs.
Technical SEO & Website Optimization:
- Conduct deep keyword research, optimize site architecture, and implement technical SEO strategies across our 3 Magento e-commerce websites.
- Monitor organic search rankings and eliminate technical drop-off points.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting:
- Track full-funnel ROI using Google Analytics to make data-backed budget decisions.
- Provide monthly reporting and strategic budget recommendations to drive online sales and localized foot traffic to our physical showrooms.

Tech Stack & Daily Tools:

Hardware/OS: Windows PC environment.
Platforms & Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo (for ad audience integration/sync), HighLevel (GoHighLevel), and Magento CMS (preferred).
Productivity: Google Suite (Workspace) and Microsoft Office Suite (heavy Excel use for performance reporting).

Ideal Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance media, or CRO.
Strong technical background in SEO, paid ad platform management (Meta/Google), and web analytics.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data from spreadsheets into actionable budget and strategy recommendations.
