Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador / Beauty Skincare & Makeup Sales Associate who is passionate about K-beauty and enjoys sharing skincare knowledge both in-store and on social media.
The ideal candidate understands the philosophy of K-beauty, loves creating engaging content, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys skincare, makeup, and helping customers feel confident by recommending the right products for their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
- Assist customers with skincare and makeup product selection
- Educate customers on product benefits, routines, and proper usage
- Conduct basic skin consultations and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and beauty trends
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- As an brand ambassador you will assist with social media posting.
Qualifications:
- Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or retail experience preferred (beauty experience a plus)
- Ability to learn product knowledge and skincare routines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Be be a high school graduate and over 18-years old
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
