At The GOAT Plumbing Air and Electric LLC, we're growing, and we're looking for a high-energy, creative, results-driven Marketing Manager & Creative Lead to take our brand to the next level!

We're not looking for someone to simply manage marketing. We want someone who can OWN IT! Someone who thinks outside the box, brings fresh ideas, builds brand recognition, and knows how to turn creative marketing into measurable business growth.

The Opportunity

You'll lead marketing, branding, creative direction, and lead generation across our entire organization, supporting multiple distinct territories.

You'll be the creative force behind The GOAT brand, developing innovative campaigns that make us stand out while generating qualified leads and driving revenue.

At The GOAT, our technicians and installers are our frontline salespeople. Your job is to create the marketing strategies, customer demand, and brand recognition that set them up for success.

What You'll Own

• Creative Leadership: Own the creative vision, brand identity, messaging, and campaign development across the organization.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute company-wide and territory-specific marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through digital advertising, SEO, Google Ads, social media, traditional advertising, and community initiatives.
• Brand Management: Ensure a consistent, recognizable, and memorable GOAT brand across all marketing channels and territories.
• Field Team Support: Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials that help our technicians and installers generate revenue.
• Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, track lead performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and maximize return on investment.
• Community Engagement: Identify local partnerships, sponsorships, events, and creative opportunities to expand our presence.
• Vendor Management: Oversee marketing agencies, designers, creative partners, and advertising vendors.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, preferres
• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Proven experience in creative leadership, brand development, and lead generation.
• Experience managing multiple locations, markets, or territories.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and advertising.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns AND measure their results.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and outside vendors.
• Home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar industry experience is a strong plus.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
