We Know People Media is looking for a talented, creatively driven Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our growing team in-person in Knoxville. This is an opportunity for an emerging designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid technical foundation and the ambition to do exceptional work for high-level clients.

We want someone who understands branding, sees the bigger picture and can turn a creative vision into polished, thoughtful design. From custom logos and brand identities to typography, digital graphics and campaign assets, you’ll help shape how brands look, feel and show up in the world.

\n

You'll work alongside a team of creatives, marketers and media professionals on projects across industries, personalities and platforms. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful creative work, take ownership of projects and grow your skills as our team continues to expand. We’re looking for someone who can start immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO\n

• Develop custom logos, visual identities and cohesive brand systems for clients across a variety of industries.

\n

• Design original graphics, typography, layouts, marketing materials and digital assets.

\n

• Execute branding projects from initial concept and creative direction through final delivery.

\n

• Translate client goals and brand strategy into compelling, elevated visual design.

\n

• Create designs that feel intentional, distinctive and consistent across platforms.

\n

• Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns, social media content, presentations, client pitches and other visual deliverables.

\n

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

\n

• Bring fresh ideas, creative perspective and new approaches to our work.

\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n

\n
• 0–3 years of professional experience. We welcome recent graduates and designers with freelance experience and strong portfolios.

\n

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

\n

• A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.

\n

• The ability to develop original creative concepts and execute them with precision.

\n

• A strong eye for branding, aesthetics and the details that make a design feel elevated and intentional.

\n

• Experience creating custom logos, graphics and visual elements rather than relying on templates.

\n

• An understanding of how to build and maintain cohesive brand identities across different applications.

\n

• Strong organization, communication skills and the ability to manage feedback and deadlines.

\n

• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and genuine excitement about growing creatively alongside a team.

\n
