Job Description

The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 40 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 16 years and they are looking for Recall Program Analyst for a Contract opportunity based out of their Southgate, Mi. location.

Recall Program Analyst Summary
The Recall Program Analyst reports to the Recall Programs Manager of Operations. The Recall Program Analyst is responsible for managing the development of various process improvements and Metrics for all Field Service Action. Implementing processes to assist dealers and Ford activities regarding related concerns.

Recall Program Analyst Duties and Responsibilities

Use Excel to track and analyze data
Data entry using various systems
Posting communications to dealers, alert systems, and media advisories
Use Excel to create graphs and charts
Report to senior management
Create and maintain documentation
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Identify process improvements and best practices as needed

8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday $80k-$90k

Recall Program Analyst Skills and Education Requirements

Preferred, but not required - Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in the automotive field
MUST HAVE advanced Excel skills (will be creating pivot tables, graphs, and reports)
Use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail
Must have program and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and well organized
