Island Pointe Apartments is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartments with prospective residents and assist with the leasing process.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective residents and help generate new leases.
• Assist with rental applications, move-ins, and lease renewals.
• Update social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and assist with property marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with general leasing office operations.

Qualifications

• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
