Social Media Coordinator Part-time

Job Description

The Social Media Coordinator will help strengthen the credit union’s digital presence by creating engaging, informative, and educational content for our members. Responsibilities include developing social media posts that highlight our banking products, services, and community involvement while ensuring all content reflects the credit union’s brand, values, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

\n

· Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content promoting credit union products, services, financial education, and community activities.

\n

· Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

\n

· Member Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.

\n

· Trend Awareness: Stay informed of social media trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to increase engagement.

\n

· Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth, and provide periodic reports.

\n

· Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing agency and internal staff to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistent messaging aligned with the credit union's goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

\n

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.

\n

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.

\n

• Creative Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design, photo, and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

\n

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

\n

• Language Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
