We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Finance/Sales Manager at Tom Hodges Mitsubishi in Hollywood, MD!
- SALARY + BONUSES + COMMISSIONS!
- Earnings Potential of $100,300/year to $150,600/year! (based on experience/skills)
- Starting Guarantee! $1,500 to $2,000/week (Amount based on experience/skills)

What You Will Do:
- Run Sales & Finance simultaneously
- Assist sales people with CLOSING deals
- Arrange customer financing, communicate with banks and lenders to ensure customers get proper loan terms and payment options
- Be compliant with paperwork regulations
- Ensure there is a seamless transition from Sales to Finance
- Sell and finance aftermarket offerings
- Be accurate with used car appraisals and documentation
- Multi-task to keep pace with current demands
- Structure deals for maximum profitability
What We Seek:
- Automotive Finance Experience is REQUIRED
- Must have CLOSING Experience
- Used Car/Pre-Owned Sales Experience is Preferred
- Franchise or Independent Automotive Dealer Experience REQUIRED
- Experience/Familiarity with PBS software is a HUGE PLUS
- Sales Manager who acted as a back-up for Finance Manager, looking to advance, will be considered!
- Experience with Desking deals - Handling a sale from the cradle to the grave is a PLUS
- Must be able to commit to a 45 hour Work Week
- Mitsubishi Experience/Knowledge is Preferred (or other Japanese brands like Nissan, Infiniti, Honda, Acura, Mazda, Subaru, Toyota, or Lexus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a PLUS
- Must have High Attention to detail on paperwork
- Subprime Auto Financing knowledge is a PLUS
