Assist in Oversight of Bar Management and Metrics
● Understand bar terminology and how to apply this knowledge to day-to-day operations
● Understand and uphold all local and national alcohol laws and compliance
● Oversee and provide feedback on bar invoices, pricing, and shop specific promos
● Support the planning and execution of shop bar events
● Assist with bar specific staffing, scheduling, meetings, and progressive disciplinary action
Assist In the Curation of Shop Culture and Community Awareness
● Ensure that marketing (social media, reviews, product drops, and events) expectations and
metrics are met based on the Market Lead Program outline
● Support and maintain positive relationships with current and new partners
● Verify that all HQ required promos are marketed, trained, and executed
● Assist in the event planning process and ensure that they are brand aligned with the intent to
grow sales and curate unique shop culture

• State required food and alcohol management certifications and training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive)
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain crew relationships and influence behavior
• Expert in all shop level positions
Working Conditions:
● Ability to lift 47lbs
● Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
● Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
● Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
● Ability to work in team environment with high levels of collaboration
● Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, breads, sauces, and vegetables
● Overtime may be required
● Must be comfortable with marijuana themed culture
