Position Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers, Home Care Aides, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team in Delaware and Philadelphia Counties.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their communities.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.

Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

Provide medication reminders as permitted.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Observe and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or overall well-being.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.

Respect clients' privacy, dignity, and independence.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous caregiving, home care, or DSP experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to pass required criminal background checks and clearances.

Reliable transportation preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.

Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude.

Ability to meet applicable training and competency requirements.
CNA, HHA, PCA, and DSP experience is a plus!
