Robert Half Marketing and Creative in Denver has an agency client that is looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts for a design-focused brand in Denver, Colorado. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can turn performance data into smart media decisions across multiple digital channels. You will collaborate with clients and internal partners to shape campaign direction, improve efficiency, and support measurable business growth.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, launch, and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Distribute and adjust media budgets based on performance trends, balancing immediate revenue goals with broader long-term growth objectives.

• Track campaign results through key performance indicators, maintain reliable attribution, and prepare reporting that supports clear decision-making.

• Work closely with creative and cross-functional teams to test messaging, visuals, and video concepts while aligning with brand expectations.

• Review account performance regularly to identify wasted spend, audience fatigue, and opportunities to improve return on investment.

• Develop data-informed paid media strategies for new client engagements by assessing goals, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

• Coordinate with non-paid marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and supports wider channel effort

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets directly, rather than only overseeing outside vendors.
• Strong technical ability in major ad platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of additional paid social channels, including Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to make budget and optimization decisions based on data, testing results, and business impact.
• Background in e-commerce environments is preferred, with Shopify experience viewed favorably.
• Interest in furniture, interiors, or design-oriented brands is highly valued.
