Marketing and Community Outreach Assistant

Meadow Falls of Chagrin, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and creative Marketing and Community Outreach Assistant to join our team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, planning events, and helping families navigate the journey of finding the right senior living community for their loved ones.

Our community is built around family, compassion, and providing residents with a place they are proud to call home. We are looking for someone who can help us share that message with our surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to increase community awareness and occupancy.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, hospice agencies, physicians, and other referral sources.

• Conduct community tours and assist prospective residents and families throughout the inquiry process.

• Follow up with prospective residents and families through phone calls, emails, and personal correspondence.

• Represent Meadow Falls at community networking events, health fairs, and local business gatherings.

• Assist with planning and coordinating resident, family, and community events.

• Create engaging social media content, flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and referral sources.

• Provide exceptional customer service and make every prospective family feel welcomed and valued.

• Support the Executive Director and marketing team with additional administrative and marketing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable speaking with families, professionals, and community organizations.

• Experience with social media, Canva, marketing, or sales is a plus.

• Previous healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a genuine passion for working with seniors and their families.
