Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No evenings, no weekends)
Commute: Short commute preferred
Licenses:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED ✅
- Life & Health license preferred ⭐
Experience:
- State Farm Insurance Agency experience REQUIRED✅
About the Role:
We’re hiring a replacement State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.
What You’ll Do:
1) Help Current Policyholders
- Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
- Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
- Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
- Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
- Pivot to additional products when appropriate
2) Help New Prospects
Handle new leads from:
- referrals
- call-ins / walk-ins
- social media
- internet leads
- StateFarm.com leads
- and other sources

Training & Coaching

- State Farm agency experience required
