Schedule: Approximately 25 hours/week
Pay: Paid training at $20/hour, then $25-$35 per hour based on skills

I know the job title says “Entry-Level Real Estate Photographer,” but let me be honest with you.

We are not photographers first. We are customer service professionals who happen to hold a camera!

We can teach you how to operate a camera. What we cannot teach is warmth, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to make people feel valued.

What You'll Be Doing

• Photograph homes and properties throughout the Greater Triad Area (we provide training)
• Represent our brand as a friendly, confident, and professional presence in homes
• Build positive relationships with real estate agents and homeowners
• Follow our proven photography processes and quality standards
• Capture listing media using company-provided equipment
• Coordinate with our editing team to deliver high-quality final products
• Follow detailed checklists and workflows
• Solve problems calmly and adapt to different homes, clients, and situations
• Travel locally between scheduled appointments

No two days are exactly the same. You’ll be working independently in the field while helping create a great experience for our clients.

A background in customer service is strongly preferred. This role is a great fit for people who have worked in:

Photography experience is not required. The right personality matters more than your resume.

Schedule & Availability

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Must have availability for at least 3 full weekdays
• Weekend availability is preferred
• Company hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM
• Must be available for daytime appointments

This role requires flexibility because real estate appointments can change based on client needs.

Service Area

Our team serves the Greater Triad Area, including:

• Greensboro
• Winston-Salem
• High Point
• Thomasville
• Lexington
• Clemmons
• Burlington
• Randleman
• Liberty

Most appointments involve approximately 30-45 minutes of driving.

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle (2015 or newer preferred)
• Ability to travel throughout the service area
• Reliable transportation between appointments
• Access to a computer and high-speed internet for uploading media
• Comfortable using apps, technology, and learning new tools
• Professional presentation and communication when representing the company with clients and homeowners
• Genuine interest in helping people

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid hands-on training at $20/hour
• After training, standard photoshoots start at $25 per hour

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If You...
