Join our team at a 200+ unit, Apartment Community in Athens, GA! We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to help create exceptional living experiences for our residents.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury community
- Drive leasing performance through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Create engaging social media content to showcase our community
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Work two to three weekends per month as part of our rotating schedule
What You'll Need
- Previous Leasing Consultant experience
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software
- Proven track record in sales, and marketing
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- College degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience
