Responsibilities
As our Seasonal Sales & Social Media Support, you’ll play a dual role in creating memorable in-store experiences and engaging with our online community. In-store, you’ll assist customers with personalized fittings and product recommendations, ensuring they leave feeling confident and valued. On the social media side, you’ll help curate and post content that aligns with our brand’s voice, fostering connections with our audience and showcasing what makes Expect Lace unique. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
- A knack for creating engaging social media content and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike.
- A passion for empowering women and an appreciation for inclusive fashion.
