Love connecting with people? Always spotting a moment that would make a great Reel? We’re looking for a welcoming, creative Patient Concierge / Social Media Coordinator to bring energy and thoughtful service to our dental and medspa practice!=
This is an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality with hands-on content creation. From making a patient feel comfortable to capturing the team in action, you’ll help people experience what makes our practice special.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Be the friendly face that welcomes patients and helps them feel at home.
• Add personal touches through refreshments, comfort amenities, and attentive service.
• Keep our reception area organized, inviting, and beautifully presented.
• Build patient relationships and remember the little details that make visits feel personal.
• Help with scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up.
• Work closely with our dental, medspa, and administrative teams to create smooth visits.
• Spot content opportunities and proactively capture photos, behind-the-scenes footage, and short videos.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and captions highlighting our people and services.
• Help organize a content calendar and keep our social accounts active and consistent.
• Share patient stories, smile transformations, and medspa experiences with appropriate consent and team approval.
• Bring fresh ideas—and take the initiative to make them happen!
YOU WILL BRING:
• A warm, outgoing personality and a love for helping people.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge services, or luxury service.
• Hands-on social media skills, including photography, short-form video, basic editing, and caption writing.
• An eye for aesthetics and an interest in social media trends.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A professional presence, positive attitude, and team spirit.
• Comfort with smartphones and content creation tools.
Dental, medspa, or aesthetics experience is a plus, but it’s not required.
You’ll have room to contribute ideas, build meaningful patient relationships, and see your creativity come to life. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being involved, takes pride in their work, and gets excited about helping both our patients and our online community connect with the practice.
