Typical HOTWORX General Manager duties
- Drive membership sales, revenue, and studio growth
- Give tours, follow up with leads, and close memberships
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff
- Build a strong, energetic studio culture
- Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and daily operations
- Develop local marketing, social media, community partnerships, and events
- Improve member retention and overall customer experience
- Work roughly 40–45 hours/week, often including some evenings or Saturdays
