Social Media & E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a hybrid creative powerhouse-someone who lives at the intersection of stunning visual design and data-driven e-commerce growth.

As our Social Media & E-Commerce Manager, you won't just be "posting to socials"; you will be the architect of our digital storefront and the voice of our brand across the web. You'll have the creative freedom to shape our visual identity and the technical autonomy to scale our Meta ad performance.

Your Impact

Brand Architect: Manage and evolve our social media presence, turning followers into a loyal community through consistent, high-impact storytelling.
Visual Storyteller: From high-end line sheets and PDFs to digital flyers and social assets, you'll design the collateral that defines our professional image.
E-commerce Captain: Own the end-to-end experience of our digital storefront. You'll handle product launches, optimize site organization, and ensure a seamless "path to purchase" for every customer.
Growth Engine: Build, launch, and iterate on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, using data to spend smarter and reach further.
Creative Collaborator: Work directly on branding initiatives and marketing strategies to ensure our visual identity is unmistakable and cohesive.

Who You Are

A Creative "Swiss Army Knife": You are as comfortable editing a high-res image as you are designing a technical line sheet or a promotional flyer.
E-comm Savvy: You understand that a successful online store requires constant optimization, clean organization, and a pulse on user experience.
Ad-Fluent: You know your way around Meta Ads Manager and understand how to balance creative intuition with performance metrics.
Detail-Obsessed: You're the person who catches the double space in a PDF and the broken link on a product page.
Self-Starter: You thrive in an on-site environment where you can collaborate in real-time but also take the reins on a project and run with it.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Experience managing social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.).
Design Proficiency: High-level skill in image editing and layout design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Ads Expertise: Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta.
Local Presence: Ability to work on-site in East Rockaway, M-F.
