Cinnamom Bakery is looking for fast, efficient, and dependable individuals to join our growing team!
We are a high-volume bakery and manufacturing facility specializing in gourmet cinnamon rolls. Our days are busy, our expectations are high, and efficiency is essential. We're looking for motivated individuals who can work quickly, stay focused, and consistently get the job done right.

Job Responsibilities
- Frost, decorate, and package cinnamon rolls quickly, neatly, and accurately.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Answer phones and assist customers with orders and questions.
- Keep products stocked and workstations organized.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production and service goals.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Previous bakery, food service, or retail experience is helpful but not required.

- Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
- Location: Grand Blanc, MI
- Schedule: Various shifts, including weekends
- Compensation: Hourly pay plus tips
- Training provided.
