Job Summary
We are seeking an Aerospace Quality Inspector 1st Shift for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, mechanical, or aerospace inspection experience who are ready to contribute to a quality-focused aerospace and defense production environment.
The Quality Inspector will inspect aerospace components and systems, verify conformance to specifications, document findings, and work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace components, assemblies, and systems to verify quality and compliance.
- Use specialized inspection tools, measuring equipment, and established methodologies to perform accurate assessments.
- Document inspection results, quality findings, and nonconformance details clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address issues and support corrective actions.
- Follow established quality procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, defects, or process concerns.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $23.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Shift: 1st Shift.
