Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports recruiting across corporate functions, technical positions, engineering, and data center roles. This position contributes to full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and screening, interview coordination and operations, and recruiting projects and process improvement. The specialist also supports employer branding through social media and outreach campaigns, job-posting content, and targeted candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for corporate, technical, engineering, and data center positions.
Create and publish compelling job postings.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage recruiting operations.
Manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruiting process.
Support offer management and related candidate communications.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to advance searches.
Use social media and outreach campaigns to support sourcing and employer branding.
Maintain recruiting information in applicant tracking systems, including Workable.
Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including Workable.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of structured interviewing practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Trinet.
