Job Summary
Immediate need for a Dispatcher in Petaluma, CA for a highly organized operations professional with experience in scheduling, routing, dispatching, or field coordination. This role supports daily traffic control operations by coordinating flagger assignments, maintaining communication with field teams, and helping ensure job sites are properly staffed.

The Dispatcher will work closely with supervisors, operations leadership, and field staff in a supportive setting that values safety, teamwork, accountability, and dependable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule flaggers and guardians for daily job site assignments to ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, work hours, availability, and related operational details.
- Serve as the primary communication point between flaggers, supervisors, and the operations team.
- Provide clear updates regarding project status, schedule changes, safety protocols, and job requirements.
- Monitor staffing needs and report on flagger performance, availability, and coverage gaps.
- Support additional dispatch, administrative, and operations-related duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Work location: Petaluma, CA.
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance is required.
