Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Cypress, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service and order management professional with experience supporting business customers in a manufacturing, aerospace, or distribution environment.
The Order Entry Specialist will manage customer orders, purchase orders, quotes, account updates, and shipping coordination using an ERP system. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume order processing, accurate data entry, and direct communication with B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage high-volume customer orders accurately in an ERP system.
- Review purchase orders, quotes, pricing, availability, and order details for accuracy.
- Communicate with business customers regarding order status, updates, issues, and follow-up needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, shipping, production, and customer service to support timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer account information and order documentation within the system.
- Assist with shipping coordination, order changes, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $52,000.00 to $54,080.00 per year.
- Location: Cypress, CA.
