Job Description

$15/hour to prep dough and shred cheese! Ian's Pizza is a local shop serving up funky pies, and we're looking for great people to join the kitchen crew.

Prep Cook Position

Measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough and cheese like a pro! You will use the dough mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing, and shred, label, and store cheese (aka pizza gold).

Most of your tasks will be completed at our Story Hill location (5300 W Bluemound Road), and you will load, transport and unload dough using the company van at our Downtown location (146 E Juneau Ave).

You'll also keep your kitchen area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive company van. Driver eligibility and Motor Vehicle Record are checked during the interview process.
Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working with food allergens, kitchen equipment, varying temperatures, and loud, fast-paced environments.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required).

Prep Cook Scheduling

Prep shifts are typically 9/10am-4pm daily.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
