Quality Services Moving is a growing, veteran-owned, award-winning relocation company headquartered in Lorton, VA. We’re hiring an in-house Marketing Specialist to lead our branding across multiple locations and support our continued expansion. You’ll make our brand more visible, grow awareness, and help drive sales.
This role suits a creative self-starter who wants to make a real impact and build a career with a company that is growing.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Strategy and campaigns
- Study business trends, target audiences, and market share, and turn them into marketing strategies that meet or exceed company goals
- Plan and run campaigns that raise our visibility, and measure each one’s effectiveness and ROI
- Share the company’s story, values, services, and people to educate customers and build brand awareness
Digital presence
- Manage our website, online reputation, and branding to increase web leads
- Monitor web and social media activity to protect our image, keep content current, and engage professionally with new and existing contacts
Sales and customer support
- Work with the Sales team to create and distribute sales materials
- Help identify, attend, and sponsor events that support sales goals
- Run campaigns that keep us in touch with past customers and bring in repeat business
Partnerships and culture
- Coordinate with PR firms and other partners to maximize company visibility
- Support initiatives that build morale and strong relationships, both inside and outside the company
What You Bring
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a for-profit setting (a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required)
- Creativity and excellent written and verbal English
- Experience creating and distributing content in print and electronic channels
- Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and email campaigns
- A positive, service-minded attitude with strong attention to detail and organization
- A professional presence and the tact to represent the company well in any setting
- Reliable transportation to our Lorton, VA facility (please note: the facility is not accessible by Metro)
