Healthcare Recruiter- Remote For New England and Mass
Job Description
Job Description
Healthcare Recruiter – Greater Boston / New England
Remote | Full-Time Commitment | Uncapped Placement-Based Earnings
I’m a healthcare recruiter and owner of the New England market for i4 Search Group, and I’m looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to join me on a performance-based, placement-driven basis.
My business focuses on permanent healthcare placements throughout New England, with a strong concentration in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
I have more client demand than I can personally recruit against, and I’m looking for someone who can take on additional searches, build strong candidate relationships, and turn those opportunities into successful placements.
This is not a traditional salaried recruiting position. It is a high-autonomy, high-accountability opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
The Opportunity
You will work remotely and manage healthcare searches assigned through my business.
I will provide the client opportunities, recruiting infrastructure, systems, and agreed-upon startup and onboarding resources needed to get you operational.
You will earn commission on every successful placement you make.
There is no preset ceiling on earnings. I can generate and support as much recruiting business as a strong recruiter can successfully handle, so your earning potential will largely depend on your ability to consistently source, engage, manage, and place qualified candidates.
For the right recruiter, this is an opportunity to build a substantial recruiting desk without having to generate all of the client demand yourself.
Full-Time Commitment With Flexible Hours
This opportunity requires a full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
I am flexible about when those hours happen.
Recruiting often requires connecting with candidates outside traditional business hours, so early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, weekends, or a combination of schedules can all work.
I care more about consistent effort, responsiveness, activity, and results than about someone working a traditional 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
What matters is that you put in the time needed to manage searches well and produce placements.
Geographic Preference
This is a remote position, but I strongly prefer someone located in or highly familiar with the Greater Boston / Eastern Massachusetts / Southern New England market.
Healthcare recruiting in this region is highly local. Understanding commute patterns, compensation expectations, major healthcare employers, clinical settings, and the practical differences between communities can make a significant difference in recruiting success.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit healthcare professionals for permanent positions throughout New England
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously
- Source candidates through Loxo, Indeed, LinkedIn, databases, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct candidate outreach through phone, text, email, and social media
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, career goals, compensation expectations, geography, schedule, and overall fit
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships
- Present qualified candidates for appropriate client opportunities
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing
- Follow candidates through offer acceptance, start date, and placement
- Maintain accurate records, notes, activities, and follow-up within Loxo
- Follow up consistently with passive and active candidates
- Learn each client thoroughly so you can accurately represent the opportunity, work environment, compensation, culture, and expectations
- Collaborate with me on search strategy, difficult-to-fill positions, candidate positioning, and market intelligence
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience using Loxo as an ATS/CRM and recruiting platform
- Ability to independently manage candidates, jobs, pipelines, notes, activities, and follow-up in Loxo
- Strong candidate sourcing skills
- Experience conducting candidate outreach by phone, email, and text
- Demonstrated ability to screen and qualify healthcare professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple active searches and candidate pipelines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Self-directed and able to manage your own daily activity
- Comfortable working in a results-driven, placement-based compensation model
- Able to commit approximately 40 hours per week
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Loxo
- Experience managing candidate stages and activity tracking
- Experience with permanent-placement healthcare recruiting
- Knowledge of the Greater Boston / Massachusetts / New England healthcare market
- Experience recruiting physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, imaging professionals, or other allied-health clinicians
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated history of successful placements
The Person Who Will Succeed Here
- You enjoy recruiting and talking with people.
- You know how to find candidates rather than waiting for applicants to appear.
- You are persistent without being pushy.
- You understand that recruiting requires repeated outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and strong relationship management.
- You are comfortable picking up the phone.
- You can manage your own day without someone constantly telling you what to do next.
- You understand that every candidate is different, and that strong recruiting requires listening, judgment, and the ability to recognize what will make someone seriously consider a career move.
- You also understand that the goal is not simply to fill a position. The goal is to create a strong, lasting match between the candidate and the employer.
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a placement-based, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
You will earn commission on every successful placement you make.
There is no artificial income ceiling.
I can drive as much recruiting business to a strong recruiter as they can successfully manage, so increased production can lead directly to increased earnings.
I will cover the agreed-upon startup, onboarding, technology, systems, and recruiting resources necessary for you to work within the business.
Specific commission percentages, payment timing, and placement terms will be discussed during the interview process.
About My Recruiting Practice
My approach to healthcare recruiting is relationship-driven, consultative, and focused on long-term placements.
I work closely with healthcare organizations throughout New England and aim to operate as an extension of their internal hiring teams.
I am not interested in sending clients large volumes of resumes simply to generate activity.
I want to understand the client, understand the candidate, and make introductions where there is a legitimate opportunity for a strong long-term fit.
I am looking for a recruiter who wants to work the same way.
If you have healthcare recruiting experience, know Loxo, enjoy sourcing and building candidate relationships, and want an opportunity where your earnings directly reflect the placements you produce, I’d like to talk with you.
