Pham Development is seeking a highly organized, motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing, presentation, and sales process for our new construction and luxury residential properties.
We are looking for someone who wants to work directly for a residential developer and help manage the many details involved in bringing properties to market and supporting prospective buyers.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating marketing for new construction and completed residential properties
- Organizing photography, video, signage, brochures, property information, and launch materials
- Assisting with social media, email marketing, digital content, and property promotion
- Maintaining accurate property information, availability, pricing, and marketing materials
- Responding to initial inquiries and helping coordinate buyer and broker communication
- Scheduling property tours, showings, open houses, and broker events
- Following up with prospects and maintaining organized lead records
- Coordinating with outside brokers and real estate professionals when applicable
- Tracking market activity, competing properties, and buyer feedback
- Assisting ownership with sales presentations, property materials, and follow-up
- Helping ensure each property is consistently presented at a high level
- Supporting the broader Pham Development brand and marketing efforts
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in real estate, new home sales, marketing, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar client-facing environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with prospective buyers and real estate professionals
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Comfortable with social media, digital marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Professional, polished, and responsive
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Interested in residential development and luxury homes
Experience with new construction, luxury residential real estate, homebuilding, interior design, or real estate marketing is a plus.
