- Ensure media is properly delivered, organized, and accessible to advisors and offices.
- Review deliverables for quality and consistency with established media standards.
- Identify and resolve issues involving editing, missing assets, delivery, or production quality.
- Track outstanding projects and follow up with partners to ensure timely completion.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for Majestic advisors regarding photography and video services.
- Provide responsive support and proactively communicate throughout the media process.
- Take ownership of advisor concerns and see issues through to resolution.
- Build strong working relationships with affiliated offices, office leadership, and freelance media partners.
- Communicate service expectations, workflows, and quality standards to media partners.
Process & Consistency
- Maintain organized and consistent media workflows across all affiliated markets.
- Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve the media experience.
- Help onboard new media partners and establish clear expectations for service and deliverables.
About You
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship skills.
- Experience with photo and video is a plus but not required. We can teach new skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and relationships across multiple offices and markets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when deadlines and expectations change.
- You enjoy helping others and understand that responsiveness and follow-through matter.
- You work well with different personalities and communicate with patience and clarity.
- You’re confident using Google products and Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems such as Photoshop and basic photo-editing tools.
- You’re interested in building your skills and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
