Job Description
The Marketing/Operations Assistant supports the Marketing/Operations Specialist with daily facility operations, community outreach, and marketing activities. This role helps maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional environment and supports the organization’s mission to provide accessible recovery support.

Responsibilities:
Facility operations
- Open the facility each morning and prepare the coffee and pastry station.
- Distribute lunches Monday through Friday.
- Close the facility by cleaning group rooms and resetting the space for the next day.
- Monitor the facility during scheduled group therapy sessions, support client decorum, and help maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Follow organizational procedures for safety, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries.
Marketing and outreach
- Assist with developing outreach strategies.
- Help maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Participate in community-based marketing efforts.
- Assist with the organization’s social media presence and track lead generation.
- Help ensure that communications align with ethical standards for behavioral health marketing and the organization’s mission.
- Offering support informed by lived experience.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, organized, and able to communicate respectfully and professionally.
- Able to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and uphold appropriate boundaries.
- Comfortable working with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Willing to learn and follow organizational procedures.
- Marketing, administrative, operations, or certified peer-support experience is helpful but not required, except where certification is required for assigned peer-support duties.
Schedule and screening:
This is a part-time position. The work schedule and expected hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
Employment is subject to random drug screening conducted approximately every two weeks, in accordance with applicable law and organizational policy. Screening procedures and privacy practices will be communicated to candidates.
