Job Summary

A growing legal team in Tampa, FL is seeking an Attorney with HOA Litigation experience to join its community association practice. This direct hire, full-time, in-person role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, client counseling, and building trusted relationships with homeowners associations, condominium associations, property managers, and community association leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent homeowners associations, condominium associations, and other community association clients in legal matters.
- Manage litigation tasks including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Advise association boards and property managers on governance, enforcement, assessments, contracts, disputes, and related issues.
- Review, interpret, and draft documents related to declarations, bylaws, rules, regulations, contracts, and association governance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with boards, property managers, community association managers, and industry professionals.
- Attend board meetings, community meetings, hearings, mediations, and industry events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience.
