Clifton Bridal Boutique is a small, intimate bridal shop focused on modern, timeless gowns, and a truly personal experience. We work with one bride at a time and pride ourselves on creating a calm, fun, and welcoming environment for every appointment. We are a tight-knit team, and we are looking for someone who brings great energy, initiative, and heart to what they do.
Who You Are

- Flexible and team-oriented in a small business environment
- Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced weekend setting
Bridal or retail experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. Must be available to work weekends and must be 21+ (to serve champagne!)
Primary Responsibilities: Bridal Styling
- Lead bridal appointments from start to finish, creating a relaxed and memorable experience
- Help brides discover gowns that align with their style, vision, and budget
- Assist with dressing, pinning, and styling gowns during appointments
- Build genuine connections with brides and their guests
- Confidently guide brides through decision-making without pressure
Secondary Responsibilities: Boutique Operations
- Unboxing, steaming, and organizing gowns and accessories
- Maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming showroom
- Light cleaning, resetting the shop between appointments, and general upkeep
- Assisting with inventory organization and back-of-house tasks
Additional Responsibilities: Social Media Support
- Assisting with Instagram content such as behind-the-scenes moments, gowns, and styling details

Pay
- Hourly pay, based on experience
- Commission on gown sales, paid in addition to hourly rate
- Paid training provided
