Window Expo & Bath Expo is a growing home improvement company serving Northeast Ohio since 2006. We specialize in replacement windows, entry doors, and bathroom remodeling, and we're looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Full-Time Recruiter to help us continue building our team.
Our success starts with great people. We're looking for someone who knows how to find them, engage them, and get them excited about joining our organization.
This is not a position where you'll simply post job advertisements and wait for applications. We want someone who will actively recruit, build relationships, and consistently develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for sales, marketing, administrative, and operational positions.
- Create, manage, and optimize job postings across Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future openings.
- Track recruiting activity, interview attendance, hiring results, and candidate conversion rates.
- Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new-hire documentation as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage people over the phone.
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to finding candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
