Pay: Starts from $17.00/per hour and may vary based on experience.
About Us
We are a fast-growing online fashion wholesale company dedicated to delivering fashion apparel and accessories to our B2B buyers. We are seeking a detail-oriented, fashion-savvy E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with team leaders to manage site updates, streamline inventory operations, support photoshoots, and build strong relationships with our wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate photos, descriptions, pricing, and stock details.
- Assist the team leader with daily website updates and ongoing improvements across our B2B online catalog.
- Support seasonal merchandising strategy and product assortment planning.
- Participate in and assist with product and model photoshoots, including styling, prepping samples, and organizing shoot items.
- Attend buying meetings and trade shows when needed.
- Conduct sales analysis to track item movement, identifying best sellers, slow sellers, and items to reorder.
- Follow up promptly with buyers and proactively reach out to drive recurring sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with the team.
- Assist with order processing and work with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work closely with the imaging team on item photoshoots to meet deadlines, including prepping samples, and organizing shoot items
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in fashion or a related field required.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce merchandising.
- Hands-on experience in fashion wholesale.
- Fashion Knowledge: Basic understanding of fashion terminology and seasonal/product cycles.
- Platforms & Tools:
- Required: Experience with Odoo, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred: Basic skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Core Skills: Quick learner, highly organized, proactive, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Work Authorization & Availability: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available full-time, on-site.
- Passion: Must have a genuine love for fashion. Interest in social media and marketing is a plus.
