Position: Licensed Aesthetician
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends and special events.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Skincare & Treatments

• Perform customized facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, and corrective skincare treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments.
• Develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans.
• Educate patients on skin health, preventative care, and medical-grade skincare.
• Recommend professional skincare products and home-care regimens.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Collaborate with providers to support comprehensive aesthetic and wellness care.
  
  

Patient Experience & Retention

• Deliver a luxury-level patient experience from consultation through post-treatment follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and personalized care.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records.
• Provide thoughtful follow-ups and ongoing skincare recommendations.
• Encourage long-term treatment plans and patient loyalty.
• Represent ADARE's elevated standards of professionalism and service.
  
  

Practice Growth, Marketing & Events

• Actively contribute to patient acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare through personalized recommendations.
• Participate in social media content creation, including Instagram, TikTok, and educational videos.
• Represent ADARE at community events, wellness activations, and brand collaborations.
• Support promotions, special events, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support practice growth.
  
  

Wellness & Aesthetic Education

• Develop a strong understanding of ADARE's services, including aesthetic injectables, red light therapy, HBOT, body contouring, and longevity treatments.
• Educate patients on complementary services and appropriate treatment options within professional scope.
• Remain committed to ongoing education, advanced techniques, and industry developments.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment.
• Experience performing HydraFacials and advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, corrective skincare, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare brands preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced modalities, including microneedling, radiofrequency, or laser treatments, is a plus.
• Flexible availability for weekends and special events.
