Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Job Description: Marketing Coordinator
About the role:
Viyu Network Solutions is looking for an energetic, detail-obsessed Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to tell our story and turn it into sales conversations. We are a technology services provider helping small and medium businesses with managed services, private cloud, and the technology they run on. In our world, what's new in tech, what's happening in the news, and what just changed for our customers is what starts the conversation.
You'll keep us at the front of those conversations across social, web, email, events, and the content our sales team puts in front of customers, working closely with Sales, leadership, our customers, our manufacturer partners, and the outside agencies that support our marketing. If you love staying current, writing clearly, keeping a lot of moving pieces organized, and seeing your work turn into pipeline, this role is for you.
Position type: Full-time / Part-time | Location: In-Office/Hybrid Remote Schedule
What you'll do day to day
Social media and website
• Plan, write, schedule, and publish content across our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others as we grow), turning industry news, security alerts, product launches, and technology changes into timely posts that spark conversations.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, flag sales opportunities to the right people, and report on what's working.
• Keep our WordPress site current, accurate, and fast: page updates, blog posts, landing pages, forms, plugins, and images, plus news, case studies, and resources as they're ready. Watch for broken links and outdated content, and coordinate fixes with outside partners when needed.
Campaigns, events, and prospecting
• Build and run campaigns that generate and nurture leads (email, direct mail, events, and digital outreach), partnering with Sales to target the right prospects and accounts and follow up on responses.
• Plan and run events of all kinds, from internal team events to lunch-and-learns, webinars, open houses, partner events, and trade shows. Own logistics end to end (venue, invitations, registrations, vendors, swag, reminders, and promotion) and make sure attendee lists turn into sales follow-up.
• Maintain clean contact lists and campaign data in our CRM and marketing tools, and measure results such as opens, clicks, responses, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced.
• Support internal communications and culture campaigns that keep the team informed and engaged.
Customer success stories, white papers, and sales content
• Quarterback content from idea to publish: identify the story, coordinate with Sales, customers, and manufacturers, gather details, and manage reviews and approvals.
• Write, edit, and assemble customer success stories, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, and sales collateral, then publish and promote the finished piece.
Outsourced marketing partners
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for SEO agencies, manufacturer marketing programs, and review platforms such as Google. Keep projects on schedule, review deliverables for accuracy and brand fit, and hold partners accountable to results.
• Drive our review program by encouraging happy customers to leave Google and other reviews, and monitoring and responding to new ones.
• Take advantage of manufacturer co-op funds, campaign kits, and partner programs.
Must haves
• Hands-on WordPress experience: editing pages, publishing posts, building landing pages, and managing plugins and media.
• Experience running social media for a business, organization, or brand (internships, school organizations, and freelance work count).
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and the habit of following tech news and trends.
• Highly organized and a confident communicator, able to juggle several projects and deadlines while working with sales reps, customers, vendors, and agencies.
Nice to have
• HubSpot experience (email, workflows, lists, landing pages, or CRM), plus email marketing, direct mail, or event planning experience.
• Basic graphic design or video skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and familiarity with SEO basics, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics.
• Exposure to B2B, IT, managed services, or technology sales environments.
You'll thrive here if you
• Bring energy and a self-starter attitude, and you'd rather ask "what's next?" than wait to be told.
• Notice the typo, the broken link, and the outdated date before anyone else does.
• Like being the hub that connects people and keeps projects moving to the finish line.
• Get excited about how technology changes the way businesses work, and want to see your marketing work show up in the sales pipeline.
What we offer:
• Salary range based on experience; health, dental, vision, and 401k; PTO and holidays.
• Hands-on exposure to the technology industry, manufacturer partners, and a sales team that will use your work every day.
• Room to grow your skills and your role as our marketing program grows.
