A highly regarded, mid-sized law firm is seeking a professional, personable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a firm while providing administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with attorneys, clients, and visitors in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors and managing incoming calls
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and office organization
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
- Assisting attorneys and staff with day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
