Job Summary
We are recruiting for multiple direct hire HVAC Opportunities with a well-established HVAC and plumbing organization in Connecticut. These openings span project management, estimating, sales engineering, sheet metal, pipefitting, service, medical gas piping, warehouse, delivery, and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform, supervise, coordinate, or estimate HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, pipefitting, service, or mechanical projects based on role and experience level.
- Support project planning, field execution, scheduling, material coordination, labor productivity, and quality control.
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, or manage mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, or construction environments.
- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, customers, vendors, and internal departments to keep work moving efficiently.
- Maintain safe work practices, accurate documentation, and high standards for workmanship and customer service.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on reliability, professionalism, communication, and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Connecticut.
- HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager: $100K to $150K per year.
- Assistant HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager: $80K to $100K per year.
- Service Estimator-Coordinator: $80K to $90K per year.
- SPD Sales Engineer/Estimator: $80K to $140K per year.
- Sheetmetal Foreman: $45 to $65 per hour.
- Sheetmetal Mechanic: $35 to $50 per hour.
- Pipefitting Foreman: $45 to $65 per hour.
- Pipefitting Mechanic: $35 to $50 per hour.
- Service Technicians: $40 to $70 per hour plus bonuses.
- Medical Gas Piping Mechanic: $45 to $65 per hour.
- Warehouse & Delivery Fleet Manager: $30 to $45 per hour.
