AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR

JOB SUMMARY: Develop and maintain a practice with injectables, microneedling, and skincare for cosmetic patients in an upscale solo plastic surgery practice in Raleigh NC
\n
\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
\n
1. Five to ten years of experience as a RN/NP/or PA performing dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections
\n
2. Current NC state license.
\n
\n
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
\n
- \n
- Excellent skill set with proven results with injectables.
- Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns and a good listener.
- Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic skin care treatment.
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Desires personal and professional growth in a supportive environment
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers.
- Ability to work as a team member toward goals for the entire practice.
- Treats patients and co-workers with respect and kindness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
1. Primary Duties
\n
· Runs an efficient injection practice as part of a larger plastic surgery enterprise
\n
· Works with our website and social media companies to promote the injectable side of the practice
\n
· Collaborates with Dr. Zenn in supporting his aesthetic surgery patients both pre-operatively and post-operatively
\n
· Tracks referral sources, sends thank you letters to the source and to the patient.
\n
· Responsible for the coordination of retention correspondence to patients
\n
regarding their follow-up treatment plan.
\n
· Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures,
\n
medication history, and educational materials distributed.
\n
\n
2. Secondary Duties
\n
· Promote cross referrals with Dr. Zenn in the practice
\n
· Maintain inventory-tracking system for all injectable products. Orders and stocks inventory and supplies as needed.
\n
· Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with
\n
OSHA standards.
\n
\n
