Stonegate Workforce Group is partnering with a leading law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join its antitrust litigation practice.
\n
\n
This opportunity offers significant responsibility on complex, high-profile plaintiff-side and defense-side matters involving companies across technology, life sciences, healthcare, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
\n
\n
About the Role
\n
• Take on significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
\n
• Support merger-related matters and other antitrust agency investigations as needed.
\n
• Work on complex competition matters across a broad range of industries.
\n
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
• At least 7 years of experience with a law firm or government agency.
\n
• Superior academic credentials.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
\n
\n
Additional Experience Valued
\n
• Technology and life sciences industry experience is preferred, but not required.
\n
• Experience with non-antitrust government investigations.
\n
• Judicial clerkship or judicial internship experience.
\n
