Junior Technical Recruiter | Entry-Level Opportunity
Looking to break into the tech recruitment industry?
We're looking for a motivated, sales-driven Junior Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team in the Sharon area.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with previous sales experience who want to build a career in technology recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required – full training will be provided.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, knows how to lead conversations, understands how to engage and motivate candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct in-depth telephone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
- Publish job opportunities across social media and recruitment channels.
- Work with AI-powered tools and advanced recruitment technologies.
- Develop knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and the high-tech industry.
- Collaborate with an experienced and dynamic recruitment team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telephone and/or face-to-face sales – required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology – required.
- Strong sales orientation and the ability to engage, influence, and motivate people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong questioning, listening, and needs-assessment abilities.
- Fast learning capabilities and a genuine interest in technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- High motivation to develop a career in technology recruitment.
Nice to Have
- Recruitment internship, practicum, or hands-on experience in a recruitment department.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or candidate-facing roles.

- Working hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
