Job Description
WeldForce Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, and skilled trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions.
- Source skilled trades professionals, including welders, fitters, mechanical assemblers, electricians, machinists, QC inspectors, and heavy equipment operators.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize ZipRecruiter, indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, skills testing, onboarding, and start dates.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Manage multiple job openings while meeting recruiting deadlines and goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, and skilled trades.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both).
- Strong knowledge of industrial and skilled trades positions.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with welding processes and industrial qualifications.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with an industrial staffing agency.
- Established network of skilled trades candidates.
- Experience managing multiple industrial client accounts.
- Knowledge of weld testing and industrial safety requirements.
