Stav's Souvlaki is a growing, founder-led food startup based in Savannah, Georgia. Inspired by Greek food and culture, we create bold, flavorful seasoning blends and sell them directly to customers through our ecommerce store, with expanding opportunities in retail and wholesale.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to become part of the journey.

This isn't your typical part-time job. You'll have the opportunity to work directly alongside the founder, gain firsthand experience in running a growing consumer products business, and see what goes into building a brand—from production and fulfillment to ecommerce, marketing, and business operations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, business operations, marketing, or the food industry. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels. No previous industry experience is required.

What You'll Do\n
\n
Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting daily production and business operations, including:

- Production & Packaging: Assist with filling, capping, labeling, and quality-checking seasoning products.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory & Organization: Help manage supplies, organize inventory, and maintain an efficient workspace.
- Quality & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized food production environment.
- Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline daily operations.
- Startup Support: Assist with miscellaneous projects, new product launches, and other business needs as we grow.

No previous food production experience is required. We're happy to train the right person.
\n
An interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, social media, ecommerce, or food is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements\n
\n
This is an active, hands-on position. Responsibilities involve standing for extended periods, performing repetitive packaging tasks, cleaning and organizing work areas, and safely lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
