Job SummaryThe Marketing Production Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and creative projects. This role serves as a central point of communication between clients, account teams, creative teams, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities Coordinate multiple marketing and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery.

  • Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, status reports, and production trackers.
  • Coordinate deliverables across design, copywriting, social media, digital, print, video, and other marketing channels.
  • Work closely with account managers, designers, copywriters, strategists, and external vendors.
  • Manage creative review and approval processes, including collecting and organizing feedback.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate production with printers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and other suppliers.
  • Track project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and production expenses.
  • Identify potential delays or production issues and communicate them proactively.
  • Organize and maintain project files, assets, briefs, and final deliverables.
  • Help improve agency workflows, production processes, and project-management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience with project-management or collaboration tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience coordinating creative, digital, print, or social-media production is preferred.
